Joseph Terkell is the president and controlling attorney at The Terkell Law Firm, P.C., whose practice is restricted almost exclusively to creditor's rights in the commercial and retail arenas. Prior to forming The Terkell Law Firm, he was a partner in the firm of Lubitz, Terkell & Sanders, where he ran a vigorous collection practice for twenty seven years.
